The platform aggregates listings from all major German portals, calculates yield, displays price history, filters by cashflow, and alerts users to new properties before the competition does. We took the project turnkey — from the first brief to the final launch. The goal was never just to make it look good — it was to build a conversion funnel for a SaaS product in a highly competitive European market. We translated complex platform functionality into clear visual language: no technical jargon, but enough depth to earn the trust of a professional audience.
The site does exactly what it was built to do: turn a search engine visitor into a registered user. A clear information hierarchy, compelling social proof, and a minimal path to the “Gratis testen” button — that’s precisely what a product needs when it sells itself through a free trial.
A product website for a B2C SaaS is not just a business card. It has to explain a complex product in seconds, overcome objections, communicate the value of each pricing tier, and guide the user to registration. The added difficulty: the audience consists of seasoned investors who instantly see through marketing fluff and only respond to hard facts.
We structured the landing page around product conversion logic: offer → features → social proof → pricing → CTA. We implemented an interactive “7 Highlights” block, a testimonials section featuring real investors and recognized voices in the German real estate market, a pricing table with a highlighted popular plan, and a workshop registration popup as an additional lead generation tool.
